IAKO has just announced an EP will be coming out on May 25th and a second ambient single from the recording has been released, titled Paint.
IAKO is an indie-folk project by the Italian singer-songwriter JACOPO ROSSETTO who joins with Alessio Martin (guitars) Francesco Borrelli (drums) Daniel Malek (bass) and Helena Loehner (violin.)
He creates celestial and haunting art-rock that’s filled with wonderful melodic elements and rhythmic patterns.
“Paint” [shared below] is a grandeur-filled, generous hymn, and is perhaps less avant-garde than you might expect…
It is offered with high-spectra, psychedelic flashes and filled with brilliance and a tremendous sense of tension.
It is an harmonious intermingling of dream-sense with nuances of reality… Truly exquisite.
