Roots rockers ROBERT JON & THE WRECK cement their status as international Southern Rock titans by continuing to redefine classic rock.

We’ve described their sounds as “pure entrancement… moving and transformational.”

Their most recent release, “Hold On” —available now through Joe Bonamassa’s Journeyman Records— is a riff-articulated rock number produced by the illustrious Kevin Shirley.

With pounding, bouncing rhythms and heartfelt lyrics, the music explores the profound struggles of life on the road and embodies the sentiment of every troubadouring musician. The lyrics, which encapsulate the spirit of perseverance & yearning in every performer’s heart, also depicts the unrelenting march of time and the enduring pull towards the sanctuary of family and hearth.

Hold On is a track that wrestles with the question of every touring musician of how long can you hold on to this crazy lifestyle of being on the road, away from loved ones and family,” explains Robert Jon.

The song was recorded at Village Studios in LA and started out as a soundcheck riff, with promise. It turned into a riff-based rock classic, with soaring vocals and ripping guitar lines.
