We had an early listen. Here’s what we thought:
The voice can be icy sharp and will pierce the air like an iron shard – but it can also be lower and far more greasy when the emotion takes it.
This song fizzes and tickles unremittingly – with unselfish, low-stepping chords and plentiful drums.
The voice embraces and surrounds – like a blessing given by a priestess. And the short but amazing guitar solo erupts from the centre to give the whole thing a certain clout.
This is an intense, fast feast.
